Having been with these guys a number of years they have gone down hill so moving my dogs elsewhere, it’s all about making money now where as they used to be very pet and owner focused, pushing to operate when they don’t need to, not helpful with making savings, pushing to sell their own product and not helpful written prescriptions. Staff on front desk are not that helpful and quite rude.

Absolutely incredible staff, very respectful and emotionally intelligent. Our boy is now enjoying heaven and the respect and comfort we received from staff has been exceptional. So grateful to know theres a vet clinic in we can trust and count on 🫶🏼

I can’t thank Razvan & Evie enough for looking after my Matilda, she was truly looked after and I had regular updates throughout the day, I initially called Xmas eve out of hours and the vet arrived to the surgery faster than I could of ever asked for, thank you again x

Apart from treating our cat Kije. Which was excellent. I'd also like to thank all the nurses that bandaged my husband's arm in the waiting room A very surreal moment. But many thanks.

Very clean and tidy vets with knowledgeable staff. Took in my cat when we had an emergency. No fuss, just go. My dogs are there too and love visiting.

Absolutely amazing people and i will say they are real life superheros. I would 100% recommend this practice because after losing are 9 week old dachshund through illness they looked after Belle through her last hours with so much love.. Evie your an absolute angel.. 👼👼👼👼👼 A massive thanks to the rest of the team too.. They all showed so much empathy, which made our family feel comfortable at such a difficult time.. Thanks again ❤️

Our cat, Maverick, had an accident recently then ending up needing emergency surgery. Everyone was so helpful, informative and friendly. Big thanks to Lauren and a few others we didn’t get the names of. They really cared for him like his was their own. So grateful to you all. He’s slowly on the mend

Took in my little man for an op (Hernia and castration). Considering he's a senior dog and only small, I was concerned about him going under anaesthesia and the risks of the op. The vet was incredible at explaining everything and making me feel at ease with it all, and every member of staff were absolutely fantastic through the whole process. I cannot thank Triovet enough for looking after Harley and helping him to enjoy the rest of his little life with us!
