Amazing, outstanding, fantastic! All this and more! My beautiful furbaby was treated with so much care. It's so obvious that all the staff are as cat mad as we are. Our boy Bailey is huge and doesn't particularly like being handled but he was so relaxed during his little fur trim, some of it in a rather delicate area. He was also given a little treat for being such a good boy. There really aren't enough words to praise this lovely clinic.

We changed our elderly cat to the CCC after being disappointed with the vets she had previously been registered with for over 10+ years. We have been with this clinic for about 3-4 years and we have been consistently impressed with the care and compassion they have shown particularly by Mini, the vet. At 23 years old our cat needs to be handled sensitively and the treatment she receives needs to pragmatic given her age (nothing too intrusive). I am sure her longevity can be partly attributed to the excellent care she receives from CCC and i hope she will continue to receive that care for several more years to come!

To have a vet specialising in felines was both extremely reassuring and an overall very positive experience. Her operation (neutering) was outstanding, and Hannah showed no signs whatsoever of any distress, which we are so grateful for. We have no trouble whatsoever, recommending this practice for your cat!

The Cambridge Cat Clinic has been absolutely outstanding in the care they have given our cat Max over the past 12 years. Mini, Lucie and the whole team of nurses have always shown him such kindness, patience and genuine affection. They treat every cat as if they were their own, and their professionalism and expertise have given us complete confidence at every visit. From routine check-ups to more complex care, Max has always been in the very best hands. We are incredibly grateful for everything they have done for him — and for us — over all these years. We couldn’t recommend the Cambridge Cat Clinic more highly. Truly exceptional care.

I had been considering registering my cat at this practice having moved to the area recently, but after dealing with the receptionist Sharron, I will not be doing so. Her behaviour was unprofessional and unacceptable. Instead of simply passing on my questions to a qualified vet, she started giving out medical advice - something she is not qualified to do and frankly unsafe. To make matters worse, she was forgetful and kept repeating herself during the conversation, which only added to the confusion and made me lose confidence in the practice. On top of that, her manner was rude, patronising, and dismissive, which made the whole interaction unpleasant and off-putting. A receptionist is the first point of contact and should inspire trust and reassurance Sharron did the opposite. If this is the standard being allowed at the front desk, I worry about the standards behind the scenes too.
