The Cambridge Cat Clinic has been absolutely outstanding in the care they have given our cat Max over the past 12 years. Mini, Lucie and the whole team of nurses have always shown him such kindness, patience and genuine affection. They treat every cat as if they were their own, and their professionalism and expertise have given us complete confidence at every visit. From routine check-ups to more complex care, Max has always been in the very best hands. We are incredibly grateful for everything they have done for him — and for us — over all these years. We couldn’t recommend the Cambridge Cat Clinic more highly. Truly exceptional care.

Excellent vet. Tried a few around Cambridge, and always disappointed at some point. Cambridge Cat Clinic is excellent. Friendly yet professional staff, honest and trustworthy. Highly recommended.

I had been considering registering my cat at this practice having moved to the area recently, but after dealing with the receptionist Sharron, I will not be doing so. Her behaviour was unprofessional and unacceptable. Instead of simply passing on my questions to a qualified vet, she started giving out medical advice - something she is not qualified to do and frankly unsafe. To make matters worse, she was forgetful and kept repeating herself during the conversation, which only added to the confusion and made me lose confidence in the practice. On top of that, her manner was rude, patronising, and dismissive, which made the whole interaction unpleasant and off-putting. A receptionist is the first point of contact and should inspire trust and reassurance Sharron did the opposite. If this is the standard being allowed at the front desk, I worry about the standards behind the scenes too.

Ive never in my life been to an vets that didnt smell like a vets. Camridge cat clinic is another story. Extremely clean, helpful, knowledgeable staff. I was recommended this clinic by a friend and im super glad I chose this company. My kitten has just been spayed, aftercare is amazing. Detailed email, follow up call, then a visit. Ive had cats all my life and used village vets, I would never take my cat to a general vets ever again. Thank you cambridge cat clinic

I was recommended to contact Cambridge Cat Clinic to organise my female cats to both be spayed and chipped. Upon arrival both the waiting area and surgery were spotlessly clean, spacious and calm. We left our girls in the capable hands of Mini who was extremely helpful and explained every step of the process to us. I found all the staff to all be caring, friendly and knowledgeable with a genuine passion for cats. They even checked in on the girls the day after their operations, something I've never experienced with previous vets. I'm very glad I took on board the recommendation and I can relax knowing my cats are in expert hands with whichever team member is caring for them. Thanks to all the team as you've created a clinic that the cats of Cambridge and their owners are all very lucky and happy to have.

Taken Giz here for a few years now, my last visit was Giz's last he was 15 years old and very ill. I can't thank everyone enough for the treatment and empathy shown at this time. I would absolutely recommend this beautiful clinic for any Kitty cat owner. Truly a great clinic, great vets and staff, clean, inviting overall a wonderful experience over the years.

Cambridge Cat Clinic was recommended to me by a friend, and I'm so glad we chose to take our kitten here! Her first visit was to be spayed, and I was really impressed with the whole experience. Sharron, the receptionist was lovely, very friendly and helpful. We saw Mini the vet who was also lovely, and had so much time for us during the consultation. She is an excellent surgeon, the wound is so small and neat, and is healing so well. The aftercare has been great too, with a phone call the next day to check on our little one. I feel very fortunate we have this specialist cat clinic in Cambridge.
