I’ve always found the Cromwell branch in St Ives and Huntingdon very welcoming, and the vets really listen to my Cat’s needs. They give detailed advice and clearly explain how to administer any medication so I can do it correctly. I always feel well informed about how to care for my cats at home and what steps to take if the problem persists. For their prompt, caring service and the way they address my concerns, I highly recommend them.

Had a very strange experience at St Ives today. The receptionist was lovely- I don’t want to take anything away from her with this review, But the Vet wouldn’t touch the cat, which I found strange. He didn’t look at him, examine him and made me get him out from under his feet at his desk when he jumped off the table. Found this very odd for an individual whose profession it is to work with animals. 😕

Cromwell Vets are brilliant! We have 2 cats and always feel they are in good hands should they need attention. Our youngest was quite poorly as a kitten and although it was a difficult time seeing her admitted to the animal hospital, the entire team were so kind and supportive - from reception, to the nurses and the vets. We are members of the Pet Club so frequently pop in to pick up worming and flea treatment. We are always greeted by friendly receptionists with a smile of their face. Sometimes I pop in and ask for advice and again, everyone is always helpful. Highly recommend!
