My cat went in and god neutered today, came home acting like he’s had crack. 10/10 would recommend, hilarious.

Terrible service, first say they sedated my dog examined it called me to say a adcess and bad tooth, bloods all good. The less then 2 minutes later called to say tumours and masses in her mouth it's cancer? Then changed bill numerous times for same thing. charged us for even 10 mins to prep room £144. Couldn't get bill right, prep room for operation? Surely room should be prepped.18 emails trying to sort with manager the bill. So to sedate a dog check her mouth, put her to sleep as told she in pain!. nearly £900. Manager was unprofessional. Vet phoned to admit she got diagnoses wrong first time , even though she fully examined her mouth? Trying to say good bye to her and they more interested in what they can sell you. Took 7 days my baby still in a fridge, because they couldn't get bill right? So I paid bill just so I can put her to rest get her ashes. Now I am taking this all the way. Wrongly billed, wrongly diagnosed, upset, bad customer relations, in total they billed us from £606 to having operation to not having operation to me paying 2 bills big bills, double up. For examination of mouth, 1 blood test, prep of surgery room? Put to sleep and cremation. I just wanted my baby put to rest, it's been attitude, lies, bad customer relations, no greifing process, no organisations and no considering for pet owner or pet. Very bad service. I have a brain tumour myself and the whole process was no thought for dog or owner, just about money. Be careful choose right for your pet. I have moved my other dog. Previous vets here excellent. Now it's not

Cefa is 20 and 7 months old. She is part of my Family. She was very poorly and we thought this is it, she will need to be pts. But the love and care Cefa received from Pet Doctors in Soham was fantastic. Cefa as pulled through and is doing really well. Hopefully she will make 21 in February.

They are very friendly and very helpful , my son has autism and they was lovely with him as well , they all loved our hamish , I think hamish loved all his cuddles from the staff members . Highly recommended them .

Since moving to Soham 17 years ago, we have used this Vet’s for helping our dogs from general check ups to the final heartbreaking days. I can say that from day one the whole team, from the receptionists, nurses and the vets ( including past and present ) have been so lovely. They’ve shown care and compassion in every situation I’ve faced with my beloved dogs. Today my frenchie Lola was spayed by Bea who is incredibly caring, warm and professional. She was looked after by Chloe and Emily throughout her op and I want to mention my thanks and gratitude to them for taking such great care of her 💞. You are all amazing and I’ll never use any other vets because of your kindness. Thank you for all that you do. Love the Mills family x

In a week I have used both the Burwell and Ely branches for my dog Ruby Tuesday, although I’m usually a Soham resident. I chose to have her put to sleep today. the Vet Bea was amazing and totally understood and gave her the best care ever. Much care, compassion and love for her and total support for us as a family. We have kept dogs for 36 years and it never gets easier. First of all you have to make peace with yourself that you have made the right decision. Many thanks to Ria and Rowena for your years of support and love you have giving to all our dogs.xxxx
