This vets is truly the best. Moved here after my previous vets started to feel more about the money than my pets wellbeing, and im so glad I made the change as it could not be more opposite at Riverport! The receptionists are lovely and friendly, parking is great and most importantly the vets really care about your pet. When my dog went in for a procedure I was so worried but they explained everything and I got regular updates (I had 2 messages and 2 phone calls when my pet was in from 9am-4pm!), they really understand that pets are family and treat them as such. I'd recommend them to anyone with an animal :)

Amazingly lovely vets. Kind compassionate understands you like to choose and understand medication options, understands we are not all minted, only down side is I’ve moved house and you are now too far away! Highly recommended

Riverport vets are wonderful! I have a pup who is slow to warm and dog selective! The reception has always made it possible to have a positive experience and vets have respected my recommendations and listened to my concerns 😊 Recently I was in the process of an international move and they were live savers going above what would be expected with a smile and kindness always 💚 I went to 2 other vets with less than positive experience before we were recommended here and I would recommend Riverport to any pet guardian with a reactive pup 😊

Both my mum and I changed to this practice after hearing good things. Well what can I say everything I heard was correct. My mum’s little dog needed a dental procedure and our old practice said it would be £950 or there abouts and she needed 3 teeth out and if it was any more then it was £95 per tooth thereafter. So we went to Riverport. Not only were they a lot cheaper and I don’t mean a few £’s I am talking almost £600 different and she only needed 1 tooth out. All throughout the day my mum got a text telling her exactly how wee dog was doing. Cannot praise this practice enough I will 100% be recommending them to all my family and friends. 10/10 all staff caring and the reception team are lovely and actually listen to you. First class service
