After years of kindness and support from this practice with our epileptic dog ( who has sadly passed) we have just returned after a period of 2 years with our kitten. The fixtures and fittings look very different BUT to see a familiar smiling Leanne on front desk was all it took to remind me of the warmth and professionalism that welcomes customers. I could not have asked for better and I know every worry or question I have will be answered with compassion. So glad to be back !! x

I'm so grateful to Sandy, Ryan, Leanne, Amy and all the staff at V4P in Huntingdon. My poor puppy was not himself in the morning so phoned the vets and they booked us in as soon as they could that morning. Turns out he had inhaled a grass seed and it became lodged in his nostril. The vet was so professional and caring gave him a full check over and referred us to the closest referral practice as their equipment was too small for his tiny nostrils. I was fitted in straight away and the grass seed was able to be removed. The reception staff were very professional, empathetic and gave me clear instructions on where to go and what to do when I arrived at the referral practice. My puppy was home that afternoon all fixed and feeling much better.

Really upset with the service I recieved, dont even wanna put 1 star, took my dog in Tuesday 28th July for diagnosis only to have my concerns over looked and be treated like I didnt know what I was talking about. The Vet jumped straight to talking about bloods, xrays & CT being done instead of offering advice on how I could make my dog more comfortable and things abit easier and then when I made it clear that I wouldnt be doing any of them he then gave a little advise but didnt included any pain relief, it felt as if he was only intrested in getting money in the till. Also felt like I was being judged for my decision. Took my dog else where paid 50% less of what vets for pets would have charged and also got given advice/listened too & respected in the decision I made to let him go, he passed away yesterday in a carm loving environment. He died 10 years old with his spine covered in cancer, i didnt need xrays or CT to tell me this. Think your staff need training on how to deal with bereavement as he wasnt just a dog he was my family! 🐾

Lovely staff. Nice area. Unfortunately due to being a frenchise they more into get your money out instead of fixing your pet (make sure you will need to go back for consultations or the problem reoccurring in the near future) but still its 9,5/10

Sandy is the best vet I've ever met and I've had animals all my life. She genuinely cares for your pets. Would never go anywhere else.

The women at the vets and at the desk are so rude for no reason. I was early and I overheard them complaining to each other. They make you feel like crap, especially if your pet has a problem which can’t be helped!!! no manners at all. Disgusting. The other staff at the counters where you purchase things, no issues. It’s the veterinary staff.

Cat got bitten by other cat and developed abscess, we were not advised we should vaccinate it straight away (or even before when they looked after the cat for 2 years) cat stopped eating and passed away week later
