We have always used Cromwell vets for our current and previous Cicker Spaniels vetenary care over 22 years and are very pleased with their services. Appointments are always made quickly and without fuss and if necessary, we have been seen on the day we raised our concerns. Very professional and very friendly practice and I would happily recommend them to anyone seeking vetenary advice.

Cromwell vets have been so good with our pets, both current and past. Great communication and lovely staff. The vets and nurses have always been so gentle with our cats, and treated them like they are their own. Highly recommend signing up to their Pet Plan and would recommend them to anyone in St Neots looking for a good quality vets.

Cromwell Vets - my pets first appointment- Vet was 25 minutes late. No-one told me anything though so I waited with an anxious pet until I asked the receptionist who then said the vet is running late.

We had to collect our recently deceased pets ashes. They were very empathic. We weren't there long and were able to get in and out quickly. Was a slight struggle to find because of where the building was situated. Just keep an eye out for signs as soon as you pull into the street and you'll be fine.

I cannot praise the St Neots team highly enough. Polly, kind - empathetic - professional vet. Kelly, efficient - welcoming receptionist and the brilliant nurse Georgina who is all of the above and more. She is a real asset to the practice and a superb representative of the company.

They'll always get 5 stars from me. From the receptionists, to the nurses and vets. They're always so kind and a pleasure to have contact with. They also saved my furbaby's life. Update: I've come back to reiterate the above. I'm still exceptionally happy with Cromwell. These people deserve a medal for how well they're coping with lock-down. So incredibly organised and no impact on the way they provide their exceptional service. It must be hard on them but, they're clearly committed to making sure their patients are not affected. I cannot recommend them enough. I love how they patiently listen to my concerns and put my mind at rest. I think my cats love them too. They never get catty with the vets 😂. Anyway, sorry for going on a bit but, I could praise these people all day long! 🙏
