Amazing staff We unfortunately had to say goodbye to our cat who had been missing for over 2weeks and was brought into the vets there. From the members of staff that called from out of hours the evening before to the lady that brought our girl out to us they were all so very kind and helpful at such a sad time for us. They even made us little foot prints and gave us a clipping of hair which we so very much appreciated, can not thank them enough for all the care they give to animals and their owners.

I’ve been taking my kitten to this vet clinic since the day I brought her home, and I couldn’t be happier with the care we’ve received. The staff is always warm, patient, and genuinely attentive to my kitten’s needs, taking the time to explain everything clearly and make sure he feels comfortable. The clinic is clean, well-organized, and clearly focused on creating a stress-free environment for pets. Every visit leaves me feeling confident that my kitten is in excellent hands. I’m so grateful to have found a team that truly goes above and beyond

Unless you're loaded dont go here. They are the out of hours vet for my vet practice. My rat chewed her stitches and I had to go here at a cost of 250 just to be seen at around 7 30pm. . They then proceeded to quote £1k just to stitch back up when my vet did the original surgery for 183!! I had to refuse as couldn't afford and try to stay awake all night to stop her from chewing. They couldn't even bandage her and left it to us to do which was impossible. Not sure what i really paid my 250 for in the end.. an antibiotic and a cone which lasted half an hour! Don't waste your time or money. Would give zero stars if I could. Went to my vet this morning they were fab

Same day appointment (dog had ear infection) absolutely on time. Vet professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Accurate diagnosis explained in terms even I could understand. Reception staff smiley and friendly.

Staff are very caring & efficient. Despite our usual vet being fully booked, we were given a same day appointment at another clinic. We originally moved to Cromwell Vets to gain an EHC, but have decided to remain clients as the service they provide is much better than our previous vet.

Cromwell Vets in Huntingdon acted really quickly in seeing my dog Rocky, they even managed to fit him in for an operation the same day. Everything was clearly explained to us before and post op at discharge. Both the vet and discharge nurse were really kind with my dog which meant a lot.

I cannot thank all of your staff for being so kind and helpful this morning. I spoke to the out of hours vet who was very understanding and supportive, then your switchboard at 8 am, she even came and met me and Rosie at reception where the ladies there were super. The nurse we saw was excellent, I think her name was Lauren and Polly the vet could not have been any more thorough and caring. Thank you so much from my little Rosie & me! xx
