The vets in this practice have always been great but one lady vet in particular has always gone above and beyond and I’m super grateful to her always. So I have nothing but praise and appreciation for the way I’ve been treated and my pet of course! :-) I would recommend this practice to anyone!

Excellent surgery, attention and aftercare to sorting our Cocker Spaniel's torn cruciate ligament. Many thanks to Evegni and his team.

Our beagle has a very rare and aggressive form of cancer and Maria has very helpful in explaining all our options. She did an initial surgery, which went well, but almost inevitably it has returned. We all agree that quality of life is the most important thing as she is an old dog, and she has offered advice to help us which we deeply appreciate.

Have had my dog(s) with this vet for years, was quite happy, until recently. Since being taken over by an American style health provider, who is only interested in profit, they've gone down hill in my estimation. Before becoming medivet, I believe I would support the majority of the comments, in that they were kind and really wanted to help the pets and the owners. Now they are only focused on one thing. Not that the vets or nurses are nasty people, just their policies make them uncaring when it comes time to actually helping! My recent experience, especially with the supposed credit controller 'James' was so far from satisfactory it's unbelievable. I struggled to pay for a bill, telling the vets this in advance, and no one was willing or able to make a payment plan or reduce fees, or make any decision beyond 'can't do that!' So when I set my own payment plan up (please note I was willing to pay), they threatened to get a debt recovery organisation in, which would have added to my now massive debt. I have since registered and taken my business to another vets, who I discover are easily a 3rd of the price which medi vet. Just be careful what you sign up for!!

Always very caring and keen to help, despite the angry temperament of my dog! I’m grateful for their patience and ongoing assistance! Everyone is so helpful and they always make it as good and helpful experience as possible.

We took Ruby to the vets for a check-up. They really took the time to get to know her and were kind, courteous, professional, helpful and engaging. Highly recommended.
