Paddy is super with our nervous little Lottie. We are in a lot as our girl has complicated health issues and she is always treated so well by all the staff.

We are so happy to have found a local independent vet practice! The easy parking, spacious layout of the reception area and thoughtful quiet cat waiting area with blankets to use for nervous cats, is indicative of what a thoughtful and caring practice this is. My kitten Tiggi has had 3 visits so far, 2 with a vet and her first nurse check-up. All very informative, kind and caring. After the experience of treatment from larger group practices, I’m so grateful that my kitten will be looked after by the Waterside vet team for the rest of her life. Thanks guys.
