We just found a poorly hedgehog outside and didn't know what to do with it. The kind staff didn't hesitate to take it in and treat it. Really nice people.

Terrible attitude from the management, they do not care about your animal only care about collecting money. They quoted me 4.5 times the price I was quoted by my vet in Italy. Italy is not a 3rd world country. Rip off business

We have been with Pet Doctors for almost 11yrs. All staff are friendly and understanding. Never any problems booking appointments with either a nurse or a vet. I never feel judged when I say my dog wont tolerate other dogs . He has always been excited to attend all appointments, in fact he cant get in the surgery quick enough. Highly recommend

Terrible fee regime and management attitude, but ... super caring and lovely staff, nurses, and vets. Our cat saw the vet due to an infection to his leg. He received 2 injections and we were charged £113.40. At his follow-up appointment a week later, he received another injection and we were charged £74.13. So far so good. One week later, he saw the vet again and was thankfully given the all-clear. We were with the vet for 2 (two) minutes, out of which 5 seconds were spent by the vet looking at our cat's leg. For this we were charged a repeat consultancy fee of £50.31, having already spent a total of £187.53. If we'd known, we'd never have agreed to the third appointment, as progress was already excellent. Even dentists provide follow-up checks for free. Our subsequent request for a refund was refused by management with the excuse that a 20 minute appointment had after all been set aside (yet there is no fee for short notice cancellations). In that case you'd think that after those 2 minutes, we'd have been offered other services, like a dental check, nails getting trimmed, etc., as we were after all paying for 20 minutes of veterinary expertise, but no. Terrible management attitude. No goodwill. Nothing. Oh, and the cat died 8 days later.

Pet Doctors Ely go above and beyond, this really is the best Vets for miles! The whole practice team are amazing and so friendly and helpful. Suzanne on reception is brilliant, she remembers small details and is very friendly and polite. I recommend this practice to any of my friends/family in the area who are getting pets as they are fab. They are so caring towards your pets and super efficient, I never feel like they push any extras onto you such as expensive food! Just brilliant
