Really lovely, friendly, professional and efficient staff and service. The vet took the time to check my cats medical history prior to our appointment, as this was our first visit after moving to the area. My cat has never been so calm and content, for his annual jabs and check up. Spotlessly clean premises, with on site parking as well. Competitively priced. We couldn't be happier. Highly recommend.

I rang up a few days ago to ask about a kitten I had found wandering in my garden, wanted to get her microchip scanned so we could reunite her with her owner but they refused to scan the microchip. Not sure why, I assume because it wouldn’t make them any money! They also told me not to make a facebook post about it in case it offends someone, what does that even mean? Absolutely ridiculous. Taking her to isle of Ely vets instead as they’re willing to scan the chip for free. Disgusting behaviour that doesn’t reflect well on them at all. What’s the point in microchipping if your local vets refuse to scan it?

We have been with Johnson & Scott, Littleport since we had our dog, Teddy. We have nothing but praise for Peter, Lorna, Lesley and Joy. Sadly we had to make the hard decision of letting Teddy go over the rainbow bridge. The treatment by them during his life was second to none. They were always professional, caring, kind and finally empathic. They dealt with his final journey with such compassion and we collected his ashes today. We would not hesitate to recommend them.

Just moved to Johnson and Scott, what a difference a completely new experience. Kind helpful staff, very professional attitude but above all we felt the vet completely engaged with our two dogs and ourselves far more than the size of the bill! Very happy with our first visit and would thoroughly recommend J and S without question. So glad we found you and thank you.

I've got a little dog with ongoing health problems. We have been registered at lots of different vets in and around the area and just very recently registered with Johnson and Scott. I am elated with the service we have received. They were informative about his issues and possible treatments both for now and in the future. Kind, caring and empathetic. I left feeling very positive about the treatments they have advised and most of all, i really feel like they care about my dog! Previous experiences at Veterinary clinics has been quite despondent. I never really felt that the practicing vet was particularly engaged with us. Totally different experience here. Very glad to have found them and will be highly recommending!
